Holiday report

Brock was trying to stay awake for the long journey back to Edmonton!

Dinner at Lauryl and Tyler's - she's a great cook!

Can you see Doug up in the bomber?

We're in Yakima tonight enroute to the Oregon coast. We've had some fun times with family in Calgary (while in Calgary, we also had a quick coffee with our dear friends Garth and Monica and Richard and Merinda, originally from Morden and now in SE Asia and Africa) and down to Nanton to see the train and air museums, then rendezvousing with Karmyn and Brock and then with Dallas and Donna. Tomorrow we're hitting Portland where we'll visit Powell's Bookstore - the largest bookstore in the world; Palio's coffee shop - made famous by Don Miller and then move on to Lincoln City on the coast. We'll make that our headquarters for a few days while we scout around to enjoy the rugged beauty of the coastline.

Sounds like you are having an adventure! Too bad you couldn't have said hi to my mom and dad when you were in Portland... they could have met you for coffee! When do you see Jaxton???
