Could I do it?

I've been wondering about beginning work on a Master's program. The longer I do what I do, the more I realize how much more I need to know. I enjoy studying and learning - just not sure of the work load and assignments to finish for this old brain and to do while I'm still employed full time. Anyhow, just thinking and checking with universities around North America. If you've got any advice for this old woman, I'm all ears!

Of course you should do it! Now is always a good time to start. They have modules courses and different ways to make it workable when you are working full time. There is always a lot of reading, but I think, you will enjoy that aspect of it. Blessings ~ whatever your decision.

Glendyne you could come to school with me. Do you want to start this Friday? Seriously?! A new course starts this weekend.

Carey's thing is 'making education accesible' and they do an incredible job of it. It is a wonderful program. Check out their website and let's have another coffee date.

I strongly encourage you to go for it. I am so glad I did. love to you.

Go for it, Glendyne! You would do great! Cynthia is going back to school too for her masters - starting next week. There must be something in the air! ;)

I'm sure you COULD do it... you are certainly capable. But do you really want to be working full time (actually, you work WAY more than full time) AND doing school at the same time?

If that is what you want to do though I am CERTAIN you could pull it off :)

Hey Glendyne - you certainly "could do it" if its what you want to do. No denying its a lot of work and sometimes I question my sanity but once each class is complete you do feel such a sense of accomplishment. I've managed to coordinate some of my Masters classes with my actual work so that helps with the work load. Keeping you in my prayers that you will sense God's direction for you....

Hi Glendyne,
I think you could do it no problem. I found my Master's degree one of the most intellectually fulfilling and spiritually growing times of my life. I was great to stretch myself, not always easy, but the rewards far outweighed the disadvantages. What would your degree focus be? I loved my time at Ambrose/CTS and I know that they do a great job with distance education and modules.
